Residential

  1. 1337 North Madison Street, Stockton, California1337 North Madison Street, Stockton, California: Complete Rehabilitation of a historic structure (Jewish Community Center) into 24 apartments for low income elderly. Complete in 1987. Received Stockton City Planning Commission Award of Excellence in October 25, 1990.



     

  2. 807 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California807 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California: Minor rehabilitation of a 47 unit apartment building construction in 1912. Developed a recreational area in the 8,612 sq. ft. basement. Apartment houses low income mental health clients. Completed in February 1988.

     



  3. 135 East Magnolia Street, Stockton, California135 East Magnolia Street, Stockton, California: Complete rehabilitation of a historic structure into a 24 unit apartment houses for low income seniors. Construction completed in 1988. Received Stockton City Planning Commission Award of Excellence in November 7, 1989.


     

  4. 1700 South El Dorado, Stockton, CA1700 South El Dorado: Complete rehabilitation of a historic motel into a 39 unit apartment house for low income seniors. Construction completed in 1992. Received Stockton City Planning Commission Award of Excellence in May 11, 1993.

     

  5. 620 North Harrison: Rehabilitation of 16 unit apartment building to house special populations.
     

  6. 337 East Poplar: Rehabilitation of 20 unit apartment building to house low income individuals.
     

  7. 339 West Oak, Stockton CA339 West Oak: Remodel of 33 unit apartment building is currently under way and set to be completed by April.


     

Commercial

  1. The Renaissance: 10,800 sq. ft. renovation from a Bowling Alley into combination of retail and office space. Located in Encinitas on Pacific Coast Freeway, California. Renovation complete in 1980.
     

  2. 1035 N Fremont, Stockton California: Remodeled a large warehouse into three commercial units. Completed in 1984.
     

  3. 200 W. Harding Way: Remodeled a 6,000 sq. ft. office building (Charles Travel Building) in new home office of Property Management Experts. Renovation completed in 1994.
     

  4. 525 North Argonaut, Stockton CA525 North Argonaut: Remodeled 4500 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space for main office for Property Maintenance Experts. Remodel complete 12/2004.
