Developed a recreational area in the 8,612 sq. ft. basement.

The Renaissance: 10,800 sq. ft. renovation from a Bowling Alley into combination of retail and office space. Located in Encinitas on Pacific Coast Freeway, California. Renovation complete in 1980.

1035 N Fremont, Stockton California: Remodeled a large warehouse into three commercial units. Completed in 1984.
