Buyers must have a loan pre-approved in advance before any offer will be accepted for consideration. We are only accepting pre-approval loan letters from the following three lenders:

You are not required to get your loan from the mortgage companies listed above. However, most lenders have no experience with the down payment assistance program(s). If you need down payment assistance, then we recommend lenders who have extensive experience with the program.
