Founded in 1978, W.T. Hull Co., Inc. was formed to acquire, manage and develop a variety of different types of residential housing and commercial projects. The redevelopment of existing but under utilized multifamily apartment buildings for use by special populations is one example of our residential projects. Turning an old unused bowling alley into retail and office space is an example of commercial developments. Our success lies in our ability to see potential in old structures that have long been left for dead. |
